Customer Support

The following table describes the differences between the measuring process of each model

Thank you for using a Kyowa product.

We have enhanced our after-sales service so customers can use our products safely.
To prevent problems and obtain reliable measurement results, we recommend periodic inspection and calibration once a year.

Calibration

Generally, calibration checks whether the product has an error compared to the standard value. At our company, we not only perform calibration work but also perform calibration after diagnosing the condition of the equipment so that the calibration results are reliable.
We have specialized technical staff, so we can also guide you on repairs and maintenance as needed.

Inspection & Calibration

In the inspection and calibration performed by our company, we inspect the state of the device, including the operation of the machine and the communication state of the software, and perform calibration after confirming that there are no abnormalities.
If a problem is found during the inspection, the reliability of the calibration results will be lost, so we will prepare a separate repair estimate and perform the calibration after performing the repairs according to the customer's request. In addition, we can issue a calibration certificate and traceability system, so we provide security and reliability.
Depending on the usage situation, keeping it for transportation or work on-site is also possible.

Repair

If the equipment has a problem, our professional staff will diagnose it and propose repair details.
After the repair, we will inspect the product based on our internal shipping standards and deliver it to the customer in a condition that can be used with peace of mind.

Maintenance

We also offer maintenance services to grasp the status of equipment and prevent problems from occurring. During regular calibration and inspection, you can prevent problems by adjusting and greasing each driving part and replacing consumable parts.
Overhaul work such as disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment is also possible.

Product Support Period

Even during the support period, we may not be able to provide repairs regardless of the support period if it becomes difficult to obtain parts due to discontinuation of parts, etc., or if a redesign is required.

Spare Parts Support

Regarding repairs after the end of the repair parts holding period

When we receive a repair inquiry, we will ask you about the symptoms and check the possibility of repair based on the state of the failure and the remaining parts.
If repair is possible, we will keep the device and submit an estimate.
However, we ask for your understanding in advance that the repair may not be completed depending on the confirmation results after receiving it.

Regarding inspection after the end of the repair parts holding period

We will continue to provide inspection services even after the stock of repair parts expires.
Problems may sometimes be found during inspections, but repairs may not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
