SEMICON West 2026 in San Francisco

Kyowa Interface Science exhibited at SEMICON West 2026. Driven by the rapid growth of generative AI and higher performance requirements, this year’s event put a strong focus on AI semiconductor manufacturing equipment, materials, advanced packaging for high-density chip integration, and testing technologies. Solutions for power efficiency and thermal management to address the surging energy demand in AI data centers were also key highlights.
Participation dates: October 13–15, 2026
Venue: Moscone Center, San Francisco
About 100 visitors came to our booth, where we shared information on the actual
applications in the industries.
Our contact angle meter, DMo-902 WA, which is designed for the wafer surface analysis, attracted interest, allowing many visitors to experience how the instrument works.
We plan to provide concrete follow-up, including sample measurements for customers who
visited the exhibition.
We look forward to sharing information about our next exhibition, so please stay tuned.
